10 things to do before school reopens:

I'm really bored right now and I suddenly got his idea of compiling a 'to do' list for the left over summer holidays (yeyyyy! now i'll have something to do, ah! finally):

1.read the 2 books by Khaled Hosseini (hope i spelt it correctly), they're really good.

2.finish the 3 books that I'm reading:

-'The New Life' by Orhan Pamuk (it's really boring in the beginning but you kind of start liking it gradually)

-'Old Man and The Sea' by Ernest Hemingway

-'Mother' by M. Gorky

3. START STUDYING (Nooooooooooooooooooo)

4. to 10. Sleep
yo..just changed the look of my blog, looks good eh?

The Boards are over (hight time I get over the excitement and concentrate on much more important things to do)studies in 11th (specially if you're in the science stream) can be really taxing, but so far i am just fine. Here I am writing my blog after a really long gap..its the celeb effect, if Amitabh Bacchan and Amir Khan can write theirs, why not I? Only that mine won't stir up a controversy (hope not)
The summer Holidays are on (yey..what fun..yawn) and I'm busy catching up on reading old and new books and designing logos. My Granfather recently gave me some of his old classics, and i am really excited about reading them. Currently I'm reading 'Mother' by M. Gorky, it's a 1955 edition so you know how old that is.
Wow so this is a short post, much more meaningful stuff shall follow soon!

Boards overrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

that stress on the 'r' exhibits my contentment.

yey, so the boards got over. Its been 2 weeks (they got over on the 27 with a horrible mcq paper) and i've done almost everything i wanted to. I had(still having) all the Thumsup (or is thumbsup..the bottle says the former, who cares? i do) i can have..ah bliss!

so we planned this 'outing' on the last day of the exams, it was successful for the first time ever, everyone was there(no transport problems for once!) We had decided upon citiwalk in Saket (nice place..but the strawberry gelato is overpriced). I was late and subject to the 'killer' glares from my friends (i couldnt help it..i was stuck in a traffic jam, isn't it normal???). Well, everyone was gorging on nice stuff, i got my food (pasta..loplop), and we sat and chatted and fought and argued and chatted some more, there was nothing much to do really. We hadn't planned to go for a movie (noooooooo) so we just hung around the mall, went to designer stores and basically freaked out.

I had a go at the Xbox, yeyy what fun!

Next stop was Crossword (ya that bookstore on the second floor), mini, ragini and me spent a considerable amount of time reading Shahrukh Khan's biography...yes i am an srk fan (the truth comes out eventually).

so thats how the 'outing' was.. uneventful but fun!

I plan to spend the remainder of my holidays thinking about what am i going to focus upon: SAT or IIT..telle est la question tu vois. I've got some nice classics, will read them too.

So long
